This international division of SCC has been formed to meet the constantly evolving requirements of large-scale global organisations in the delivery and management of desktop IT services regionally in EMEA, Americas or Asia Pacific or on a global basis.
SCC assists the Customer in the design, implementation and project management of global IT standards for hardware, software and procurement. We are able to provide systems and services to support the centralisation and rationalisation of IT and Procurement functions and provide on-going service and support for the IT department in the areas of hardware and software support, and for the development and integration of e-business solutions.
We provide a single point of contact with tangible contractual accountability and ownership for global service delivery and management.
Local Business Partners are responsible for local product and service delivery, account management, reporting and administration. Each country has a nominated International Co-ordinator who acts the single point of contact for customers, vendors and other Business Partners.
